4th Gen Enough differance?

Is there enough of a differance between HG and SS to get both? or will you get both regardless

well from what i know the only real difference is the main legendary and the wild pokemon

I've already got both pre-ordered, so I'm picking both of them up.

I have access to 490 Pokemon. Not enough difference for me. HG is enough.
And the Heart Scales kinda make going for a lower level Lugia pointless.
I'll stick with what I have and what I know. What I know is that I am starting to have too many Pokemon games as it is, LOL.
