No, I received them without the items to prevent evolution.
If I do trade it; it will not have the items attatched to keep them untouched.
Also for the fact that I don't have them :P

That they were.
I'm not REALLY sure how that works out but they are completely UT minus the hold item.

They are in fact suppose to be an Electabuzz and Magmar.
But yeah; I'm confused about it myself.
