3rd Gen EON Ticket question...

    I have a friend of mine who has an EON ticket - he went to a one day only event and got it on his cart... anyway, apparently, the EON ticket is possible to transfer from one cart to another by use of the link cable... how does this actually work? Do we just do a normal trade and it happens automatically? Or do I have to specifically transfer the item (which is interesting, since the EON ticket is a key item that cannot be given to a Pokemon to hold). Oh, and we are in the UK, so no E-reader help please (since we don't have the e-reader in the UK).

    I don't know how it works in the UK, but in the US they give out an actual E-reader card which an unlimited number of people could use as long as they agreed to share the E-reader and a link cable so everyone would have the Eon Ticket.

    I don't think you can trade the Eon Ticket (item) from one game over to another. You could cheat though. But that'll involve 2 sets of codes, one to get the ticket, and the other to make it work and I have no idea what those codes are.
     
    maybe try mixing records? not really sure if that would work, just a thought.
     
    a eon ticket takes u to the battle tower
    the boy who asks you for a word
    say somit to hima nd he says:you know about the secret club?
    and then on start up screen it will say somit new
    get an ecard reader and an ecard and u can use it there
    (i think the man is mossdeep has somit to do with it)
     
    Okay, if someone has it on the game, you mix records. Then you recieve one and your friend will still have theirs. The person who had one can only do this a certain number of times so if they do it to much, it won't work. And I think if you bought an e-reader off ebay or something it should work :P
     
    i heard something about giving the guy who collects trainer profiles "MYSTERY EVENT IS EXCITING." Then nintendo power said on the start menu it will hav another option. I dunno, mayb i remember wrong, it hasn't worked 4 me, but mayb thats only if u hav the eon ticket. i'm not sure.
     
    Yes this has been answered several times... https://www.pokecommunity.com/threads/11539 the thread explains some stuff.. anyways the only ''new'' option you can find is when your on your way to enter the game where ie says New Game, continue, and etc. at the bottom you will find Mystery Event once you have done what's required in the thread I provided.

    I have already activated the Mystery Event option, so all I need to do now it seems is mix records with my friend. I'll try that then :-)

    Oh, and Scyther, when I said no e-reader help, please read carefully before replying next time... thanks
