I really don't know what to say about this title...I hope so much that it's like the "A Professor Reunion" and "A Six Pack Attack" situation.
This title has nothing to do with the episode.

Kinda reminds me of the NY Post review of Pokemon 4Ever.

I'm still hoping "Baltoy! Ruins in the mist!" will be translated as "All veils and misty"

Recent titles have been horrible.

"A Six Pack Attack?" Seems more suited for a beer Pokemon or a Machamp episode.

"Grass Hysteria?" Crazy grass clown Pokemon?

"Maxed out?" They will still pay for ruining Masato's name and then making puns with it...

The title's coming from the dance (I guess you could call it that) the Hokey Pokey, it sounds pretty stupid as an episode title but there have been other bad ones.
Well, aside from that I'm glad to see Ash's Bulbasaur return for a bit.
