Episode 83 Question

    Is episode 83 (Pallet Party Panic) the last episode of Season 1 or the first episode of Season 2?

    I've seen it listed both ways and was wondering if anyone knew for sure.
     
    I'm almost positive that it is the first episode of Season 2. That episode is listed on my Orange Islands (Season 2) DVD, not on any of my Season 1 DVDs.

    I also had it down as Orange Islands but was curious when I read on Wikipedia (that oh-so-reliable source) that it's in season 1.
    Also, the title sequence changes between episodes 82 and 83 which probably confirms it's season 2.
     
    It is Season 1, while the next 2 eps is Season 2 but when they aired it they still had the original Season 1 theme song, untill they changed it..maybe be in error or somin and realise they should change the Opening theme song. But on the dvd they have episode Pallet Party Panic on the Season 2 dvds Vol.1 as you know so that could be a mistake or whatever..ah well.
     
    It depends on what you view as a season. While Pallet Party Panic ended Indigo, Indigo and its subplots were part of Season 2 (or anything after the Blaine two parter, since that should be the 2nd season premiere, since Kids WB often aired out of order). Then, they jumped to the Orange Islands and nothing to do with a new season, as simple continuing.

    Of course, Japanese TV doesn't go by seasons, so take what you can get.
     
    I don't really know the answer to that one but I would say if it still had the first opening theme then I would count it as season one. Even if it is under season two on the DVD I would say season one because it aired with the first opening. That is usally the best way to determine season.
     
    I don't really know, but i think this was the episode that ended the first season.
