I've added gen 8 pokemon, including PBS, but I get this error when trying to add one to my team.

You've not added Rillaboom to your PBS. The PBS should be added to the "PBS" folder not to "PBS/Gen 7".

Also may ask where you got the code and PBS for Gen 8?
