I have read around reading about this similar problem, and when I take out the audio, and graphics and try to put them in after, the game will still not extract. It gets to the end of its extraction process where it says "Game.rgssad" and then a pop-up appears saying "Extract Failed." What am I doing wrong and why is it happening this way? It can't be the size because the entire folder (without the music or graphics) is 180 mb, which apparently you can only do it if it is below 196 mb, so that isn't the problem. The graphics folder does not even appear in with the rest of the files.

I would greatly appreciate some help with this, if at all possible.

What I gather from when I extracted things, was that, all you need to remove is the <Audio> folder... Compress your game then open the new .exe file that was created and then delete things from in there, I'm pretty sure you don't need to delete your graphics folder.

I'm not quite sure what your telling me, but from what your saying is that once everything is compressed even if it gives me the whole "Extraction Failed" message I delete everything in there and put my files in there. Again I'm not entirely sure. I also noticed the Data, PBS, Graphics, and Fonts folder did not extract.

Also what do I have to do after I extract my game? Like when you put it as a playable game that can't be opened in RMXP?

All you do is remove the Audio folder from your game, click compress data button... It should work, I don't see why it wouldn't... Then double click the new .exe file that has magically appeared in your folder... The remove the PBS folder from your game plus anything else not needed, extendtext, selpoint etc... Then add your audio folder back into it...

The compression works, its just the extraction of the exe file that appears, that's the problem that I'm getting. All of those things do not appear after extraction, and when I try launching the game file, it does not play, even when I put all the files into the extracted folder.

    Sorry for the double post.

Alright, I figured out what it was that I did wrong. I was supposed to have the entire folder be less than 128 mb, so I had to take out the graphics, and audio to meet that requirement. However now I don't have any Overworld Sprites, or animated Pokemon in battle appearing... that's a problem.

lol, how have you managed to have a game without Audio, still that big, mine is 60MB, with over a 1000 added graphics... I guess it's the multiple frames... The game has to compress with the graphics, you're going to need to find an alternative.

Hmm, I see a lot of people using the animated sprites from the Ultimate BW Pack, but I'm not entirely sure. The "Battlers" folder is around 2935 animated gif sprites, is there a way to compress the pictures further? And yes I have taken out the music everytime before compression.
