    Hello,

I've never asked questions here before so I'm sorry if the format is off.
Like the title says i get the error attached whenever I open my Pokedex in V18.1.
I know the issue is in PokedexMain but I don't know what needs to be done to fix it.

I skipped some of the numbers for the main internal ID since there's some pokemon I've yet to add but I had these skipped in version 17.2 and I never came across this issue.

I know one way that this error can be caused. If you save a game when your pokemon.txt has a certain # of pokemon, and then you add pokemon to the pokemon.txt and then load that save file again, the ID count in your save file will not match the PBS anymore, which seems to cause this error when opening the national pokedex. You probably will have to create a new save file which will take care of the problem.

It's possible there might be a workaround to adjust your save file, but I don't know anything about that, sorry. Maybe you could try just re-saving the game?

I know the real reason this error is occuring. I've dealt with it many times. using the debug menu, open up the information editor, select "Edit Rgional Dex" and select the dex that is giving you problems. look through it and locate any instances where "--------------------" appears between two pokemon. It'll look akin to this:
    025 "Pikachu"
    026 "--------------------"
    027 "Sandshrew"
replace that "--------------------" with a pokemon and your issue should be solved. the only time "--------------------" should exist is at the VERY END of the pokedex, with no pokemon below it
