I think you messed up somewhere. The minimum Sp. Attack a Modest Espeon with max SAtk EVs can have is 360. How can your Espeon be 10 points lower than the legal limit?

You probably didn't even max out the Sp. Atk. Did the Espeon already battle before you EV trained it? Because Pokemon gain EVs anytime they gain EXP.

huh mine is modest and ev trained and has an sp atk of 394. i trained it. has max iv in sp atk . is that y?

You should do Ev Training, it really makes a Difference.

The AI sucks anyways. It is like sending out a magikarp when you have a gyrados. You MUST EV train to be good in competitive battling. I believe espeon's base special attack is 130. What is that maxed out?
