EV Distribution question

For quite some time I have been distributing EVs depending on the stats in which they belong, such as 252 ATK for Ho-oh.

However, I've also given most of my Pokes 130 points into HP, and the other 128 into something else.

However, I'm thinking of making the switch. For example, for Zekrom, I plan to have 252 ATK EVs, and possibly 252 Speed EVs. However, I'm curious if my currents builds (always 130 in HP) is such a wise idea, or if I should invest any all all EVs in HP into something else instead. Any help is great, thaks.

It depends on the Pokemon really, and what it needs to outrun. BW metagame has barely been established, so no one knows what Zekrom's ideal EV spread is for now.
