    Sorry if this is in the wrong place.

    Anyway I was just wandering I have been EV training my heracross in Attack. It was going great, I was getting +10 or +9 for awhile. But recently I've been battling Machokes and Machamps which give +2 and +3. I would fight about eleven and level up and only get around +4 on my Attack. Can anyone tell me what happened? (Also I forgot to add that my Heracross is holding a Power Bracer. Don't know if that changes anything.)
