EV Pokémon for Pokédex fillers

Well I ahve PMed you but I'll post it here too

Have everyone except Dewgong and Kangaskan...
But Do you want Meta and Kakuna to be in stage 1 form(Cater,Weed)

EVs: 252 Sp. Atk,252 Speed, 6 HP
- Shock Wave
- Substitute
- Uproar
- Trick

i need this, i have kangaskan. What oenn pokemon do you need? (not sure i have dewgong)

EDIT: i can get a seel, but i have to go catch one real quick

Do you have Glalie or Snorunt? If not, I'll give you the Rotom for Kangaskhan and Seel. Do you want it to keep it's nickname?
