Does pokerus double the EVs from power bracer, power lens etc.?

Yes, like macho brace it multiplies by 2 EVs.

Yeah. Lets say you were getting 1 ev per ko from whoever. With pokerus and a macho brace, it goes 1x2x2=4. So 4 EV points total. On a guy that normally gives 2 would give 8, etc.

Yep, so if you were normally fighting a pokemon that gives you one of a stat, and equip the power item of the same stat, that would be 5, then you double that to become 10.
