    Ok, I need EVs for all my Pokemon, i suck at making them

    Gardevoir - Modest
    Tyranitar - Adamant
    Metagross - Adamant
    Hitmonlee - Jolly
    Relicanth - Impish
    Tangrowth - Impish


    And any problems with natures can also be debated.
     
    Hitmonlee
    EVs: 252 speed, 252 attack, 6 Special Defense

    Gardevoir
    EVs: 200 Speed, 200 HP, 110 Defense (assuming you have CM to up your special attack and special defense)
