ok guys, for both, i use legit methods, i infect with pokerus ´fore training, and i use a diferent way of training than power items, i kill sertain pokemon for the evs. ok, if u need to know something more specific, just ask

well moonlightknight, i got a latios from GTS infected with pokerus, nd i infected sertain pokemon. now i have them when i want to infect another with pokerus. i just go to a wild encounter and just fight, then i see my team nd the pokemon is infected

This sounds a bit shifty, but the way in wich you train is just normal EV training which can be easily done by anyone.

Just be careful with the pokemon you give away.
