EV Training help?

I just go a shiny metang, its lv 22 and I want to EV train it. Is that possible if its not ev trained already?

uh... Not to sound mean or burst your bubble, but for a pokemon to be EV trained correctly, It must be Newly hatched or just caught and it must be Untouched. That means you have done nothing at all to it.

But you could reduce its EVs to 0 by giving it the EV reducing berries. 11 berries will always be enough to clear out the EVs in one stat regardless of how many EV points it has.
