4th Gen EV Training Question!

    I was EV training my Larvitar for attack and (this is the first time I'm attempting EV training) I'm pretty sure it's not maxed out yet, because it's only level 29. But when I tried to give it more proteins it wouldn't let me (I've only given it three, the fourth did not have an effect). Does this mean the stat is maxed out? Or did I mess up somehow?

    Did you keep track of its EV's? It only works if you know how many you have. Proteins only work until there are 100 EV's in that stat. After that you have to fight for EV's.
     
    How many EVs do you get for one vitamin?
     
    You get 10 EVs from one vitamin.
     
    Obviously you have at least 100, but that doesn't do you moch good. In the future, I recommend using the counter app on your Poketch to keep track of EVs.
     
    Once you hit 100 EVs you cannot give it any more vitamins in that stat btw
     
    Yeah, I started keeping track after I started training and I guess I had more EVs than I thought. This is my first Pokemon I'm EV training so I'm still figuring things out here. Again, thanks for your help!!!
