EV Training Suggestions

Ok thanks to the help of many members here I have grasped the concept of EV training and how it works. Now I'm wondering which stats to raise for certain Pokemon. Are there any help sites which list the best EV training for each Pokemon? For example should 'said' Pokemon get his EV stats towards attack, defense or something else?

I know most of you have the knowledge to know what stats to raise for their Pokemon, but this knowledge is something right now I haven't got! Hehe..

Help and suggestions will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance guys. :)

Smogon is the best resource on the internet for anything related to Pokemon competitive battling.

Their analysis index is especially helpful.

Yes, smogon's analysis index is very helpful. They also give the specific moveset, nature, etc.
