4th Gen EV Training

Well i know what ev training is but i am thinking about EV training my gengar but ive used him through alot of the game and am afraid i will mess it up as he already might have EVs so is there anyway to make sure he has none.

Just feed him a bunch of EV reducing berries.
They subtract 10 EVs from whatever stat it says,
And it also makes him friendlier!

where can i get the ev berries from?

Or the person who gives away free berries in the game.

Pomeg - HP
Kelpsy - Attack
Qualot - Defense
Hondew - Sp. Attack
Grepa - Sp. Defense
Tamato - Speed

22: Kelpsy (-Att)
23: Qualot (-Def)
24: Hondew (-SpAtt)
25: Grepa (-SpDef)
26: Tamato (-Spd)

However since you probably do not know what it's IVs are, it may be more beneficial to rebreed and train a completely new one.

If he was a randomly caught Gastly that you trained into a Gengar, odds are he has no hope in competitive battles. Learn more about EVs, IVs, and Natures, then rebreed for a better Gastly.

Just google EV erasing berries and you will see that there are like six of them
