yes i believe Ev training is all the same, just gota figure out what pokes give what EVs lol

Check serebii or another popular pokemon website. At the bottom of their dex page they have what EVs they give.

I have a spreadsheet that lists all the EV points for all RSE/FRLG Pokemon. I never got into DPP though, so unless it hasn't changed it probably won't be of much help.

As said, it's the same as D/P/Pt, and places like serebii.net's dex lists what EVs certain Pokemon give out. (As for specific ones/places to train stats there's a list of them in the FAQ at the bottom of the first post if you look and if memory serves).
