it's awesome. i personally love it. here is what i suggest for it:

Rash Nature
-Focus Blast
-Earthquake/Cross Chop/Brick Break
-Sucker Punch
-Vacuum Wave
it isn't very fast, but if you manage to pull of hitting the foe with Focus Blast on the switch then you can finish them off with Vacuum Wave on the next. Earthquake is a neat move to have on it for whatever switches in but Cross Chop/Brick Break are still good options to throw your opponent off with both physical and special fighting attacks.

-Substitute
-Nasty Plot vs Swords Dance
-Focus Blast vs Brick Break/Focus Punch/Cross Chop
-Dark Pulse vs Faint Attack/Sucker Punch/Faint
special vs physical options. basically, you set up a sub, up your attack or sp attack and then hit hard. i'm pretty sure Dark and Fighting hits everything.
