Probably better than your current Alamos.

Ability: Inner Focus
EVs: None
IVs: 27/30/16/8/31/25
Moveset:
-Draco Meteor
-Thunderbolt
-Outrage
-Dragon Dance

Would make an excellent Specs set.

Speed: 173

No no. I was just exposing the loophole of your system.
Since it's "Trade 1 get 1 free" somebody could trade you a Poke and get two back. They could then trade off one of the two you gave them, and get another two. Then they could repeat this and get every one of your Pokemon. =]
