But why not? It's possible. You just keep restarting the e-card or whatever you get from the event, and that's the way you can get one. I'm sorry if I'm back sassing you or something, but I've seen people do it. It's troublesome, yes, but it is possible. I have a hacked version, and a clone of a legit Shiny Mew my friend made for me. He spent hours and hours just do it over and over. He finally got one, though.

The same reason for everything, hacks:

And ddogg, you seem not to have noticed everybody's comments about you scamming because you don't answer and you haven't seen my post about Darkrai either.

I forgot to put NFT by it. but they gave them out from july 7-july 14. they were to celebrate something,i dunno wut tho. i got this one from a guy at marriland(he also gave me the info on it), and ive only seen like 3 or 4 ppl with it: 2 on marriland, one on IGN, and i think a guy on neo had one, it was the same id no. im pretty sure its a real event, but i dont think ima trade it.sry
