They're actually the same. I clone the graveler then I evolved it via GTS.
I even caught it by myself (Random caught), so don't say it's a hack (Same for Togepi (Through chaining) too.)

I won't accuse anyone of hacks unless I'll have some proof they are :) If you'd have like 30 shinies caught by you, all in the same day, then maybe I'd say something, but random shinies appear - I myself have shiny Seal from Fire Red and Nidoran F from chain.
