Can you use all pics? if not use the one that'll look the best.(preferabbly pic 1 or pic 2)

background: black and dark green.Maybe a little Light green near Celebi a mixture of shading and fading of the colors(Emphasis on Celebi)

text: shining-Celebi (to the left center with suitable font)

designs: forest-y designs? If you can't find/make any then nothing is fine
