Ok first question: What would be the best Nature for a Elekid?

Second Question: What pokemon should i fight to get a good EV for one?

Third Question: How many EV points does a pokemon get in total?

A pokemon can have up to 510 EV points spread however you want to and you can have up to 255 in one stat, but that would be wasting 3 EVs so you usually would put 252 into one stat, usually speed for sweepers, and 252 in another which is usually attack or special attack depending on what kind of sweeper it is, and you'll put the remaining 6 in HP.
