evo items used in expansion

    it says I can just use ITEM_UPGRADE to just evolve Porygon instead of just trading him, which I wouldnt know how to do, but trying to use the item on porygon wont let me use on porygon, am I missing something or a line I need to uncomment?

    Yes, you need to enable the I_USE_EVO_HELD_ITEMS_FROM_BAG config present in include/config/item.h.
