5th Gen Evo Stones - Is it a rule?

In the 5th generation i noted that pokemons that use an evo stone for evolving don't learn any new moves. is that accurate?

No not really. The Monkey trio, Ninetales, Arcanine, Starmie, Chandelure, Whimscott, Lilligant, Sunflora, Mismagius and Honchkrow are the only Pokemon who won't learn any new moves iirc.

But Pokemon like The Eons, Gallade, Froslass etc will learn new moves.

oh, then i just happened to check the ones that don't learn any.
gotta get rampuraa to lvl 69 then before evolving to chandelure then. =/
mine is female tho, too bad since i could breed a new one with the attacks. heh

A pattern I noticed with the Evo stones is that the Leaf stone only seems to evolve Odd Gen Pokemon like Gloom, Nuzleaf, and Pansage same thing applies to the Moon stone and the Water stone.
