Knowing that when a Pokemon evolves they take a completly different form and size...
Would you rather be on the side of evolution or would you rather stay on the side of no evolution?.

    evolution yes? No?

I like evolutions in general, because a lot of Pokemon can turns into a more awesome stuff. (eg. Ponyta to Rapidash. It's amazing.)

But some Pokemon looks better in pre-evolutions, such as Skitty. XD

So, it depends on the Pokemon, whether I like evolving or not.

i think the pokemon like shinx and luxio need to evolve, but its best if pokemon like pikachu dont evolve. so it pretty much depends on the pokemon to me.

thats what i think. it just works better that way.

I like evolution, it is a way of showing that a Pokémon had reached its full potential during its first stage and moved onto something bigger and perhaps even better. There are some really nice evolutions too, such as stated Ponyta to Rapidash or even Pichu to Pikachu, and then Pikachu to Raichu. It's just a way of Pokémon life and I have no problem with evolution.

Now as a fan of the game and raising my own team, there are some Pokémon that I wish to keep unevolved and it happens sometimes. That's just me though, for others the matter may differ. I have no problem with evolution as it is what makes Pokémon all the more interesting, but then again there are those select few that I just wish to keep at a certain stage.

As soon as i got a Pikachu in older games i used to train it to 45 and then evolve it quickly to Raichu, i was so tired of seeing Pikachus everywhere... and Raichu is a lot cooler 8)
So yes i am mainly for evolution except from a few pokemon were the evolution just looks completely odd or unfitting, for example i would never evolve magmar to magmortar.

There wasn't a both so I just went with doesn't matter. In most cases evolution is cool - the Pokémon looks way cooler (ie. Swampert is awesome and doesn't have stupid forum jokes like Mudkip does) and has way better stats. But in some cases the evolution brings a tear to your eye because it's so horrible (ie. Murkrow becoming Honchkrow, Tangela becoming Tangrowth). So it really depends on what evolutionary line it is.

I love evolutions. To this day I still get a little excited when one of my pokemon evolves. For me its just the joy of seeing it take a new form and become stronger.

    Evolution all the way!
Not only is it exciting seeing your pokemon evolve, but it also becomes a lot stronger and some of them look really cool.

    I'm for evolution.
Without it many Pokemon would be very weak or as frail as a toothpick.
In other words 99% of all the Pokemon would be useless without evolution.

Sure, sometimes evolution makes a Pokemon look less appealing, but at least it becomes somewhat usable.

Evolution because they are cooler and stronger.

I went for doesn't matter, because for me it depends on the Pokemon. I like Bulbasaur waaay better than it's evolution line but I want to get away from Metapod and to a darling Butterfree as fast as possible.

So generally I base it on how the Pokemon looks and not stats and ability.

Evolution is very useful, and it's a major part of the gameplay. Sometimes, you need pokemon to evolve to learn new moves, or you'll need their pre-evolutions to learn moves that only the younger pokemon can learn.

I'll stick with my Dialga killing lvl 100 Bashful Pichu with VoltTackle, Thunder, Thunderbolt and Iron Tail
