Okay, I think I've defeated Darkrai, but I still cannot evolve.

Is something the matter? I heard somewhere that you must recruit manaphy but, I don't know when he'll return.

Do you know how I can evolve? I'm completely useless.

Also, I'm using Time.

recruit manaphy. (do jobs after defeating darkrai and recruiting cresselia(optional) until chatot appears outside the base one morning.) Then recruit manaphy. Now do jobs until manaphy appears outside your base and tells you about the marine resort. Now go and recruit palkia, and you should be able to evolve.

So I have to recruit Palkia and Dialga? Hmm, that's gotta be tough.

You don't need to recruit Dialga to evolve your starters, only Palkia. I was able to evolve my own starter Pokemon, without having to recruit Dialga beforehand. As long as you have recruited Palkia and have completed the storyline events up until Manaphy tells you about the Marine Resort, you should be able to evolve.

You have to reruit Dialga and Palkia, which means beating them again (I didn't come up with it, don't ask me).

Just keep doing missions then afterabout a 'week' of missions (7 missions, not a real week) he should come.
You dont need Dialga just Palkia

Anyways, I've beaten dialga ad recuited him, but he was stronger than before, I need to battle Palkia which got me at a type-disadvantage, any tips?

I too had a type disadvantage against Palkia (a bad one, too - my starter was Fire-type). One of the best tips I know of is to bring as many Reviver Seeds as possible (this tip has the be the oldest one in the book, I know, but believe me, Reviver Seeds help).

If you don't have many Reviver Seeds (I had this problem... those stupid escort missions robbed me of most of mine...), check the notice boards for missions that give Reviver Seeds as rewards. Also, be sure to check at Kecleon's shop every day for Reviver Seeds. Lastly, you may end up picking up Reviver Seeds in dungeons. It may take a good few days of doing missions, but rack up as many Reviver Seeds as you can.

Status-inflicting seeds also help. The one I find the most helpful is the Sleep Seed. In the Time version, you can also sometimes find Vile Seeds, which you can throw at bosses to lower their defensive stats.

Anyways, I alreayd recruited Palkia, I trew Sleep Seeds and Vile Seeds o the electivire I recruited on the way up (Thank YOU, Golden Mask), and My Lanturn, manage to help. My partner didn't help at all. D:

Anyways, I only used one reviver seed ue to roar of time, (I have the LOWEST HP), So the Reviver Seed packs I carried survived. Anyways, I evolved my pokemon. thx for the suggestion.
