    If I train a torchic to lv. 43 and teach it flamethrower, when it evolves into combusken and blaziken will she forget the move?
     
    Nope, Unless you make it learns something other than that in it's place!
     
    however, a much better idea is to evolve torchic as soon as possible so that you have the opportunity to learn the rare tm bulk up. You can buy flamethrower anytime anyway
