Turtwig - It might evolve because It seems very Bulbasaur like so it may not.
Chimchar - A dead cert I think, probably in a battle with Paul. (Irony much? XD)
Stravia - Would like too see that, but I don't know
Gligar - Hope not, I'm not a Gliscor fan >.<

Dawn

Piplup - Maybe, It seems to have quite and attraction for being cute and prinplup may ruin that.
Buneary - Maybe, but It may not due to Its crush on Pikachu.

Brock

Happiny - I don't really see brock with a Chansey personally.
Croagunk - I would love that, but it may ruin its "comedy" with posioning Brock.

Mime Jr - Nope, I really can't that, They wouldn't be given an actual good pokemon.

Staravia--> staraptor...really help ash with its close combat--> but still looking pidgiot realease here.
Chimchar--> impernape a charizard impersonation here
Buizel--> might evole like wat happen to krabby but there a possiblity of a corpish here
Gligar --> i can't see it evolving so maybe not.

Piplup --> torchic plzz
Buneary --> maybe, Dawn need strong pokemon

Brock
Croagunk--> can't see it. it might ruin the poison jab gag
Happiny--> Brock being a breeder and happiny evolve thru happines, expect a chansey here
