Probably Jolteon right? I think espeon cuz he could use psychic and lift everyone up of the ground, but it wouldn't work on umbreon and he would win. Hummm...

Joltean. As you've heard before, "*insert random person here* can run as fast as the speed of lighting" So, Joltean is electric, and lighting is electric, so it makes sense, right? XDDD

Well, Espeon could win, using his Psychic Powers, but doesn't that mean the others could use their attacks too? .__.
