    Ok, so I have PKRS, and a Power Anklet. Say I kill a Starly (+1 Speed EV), does it go like this?

    1 Speed EV + 4 From Anklet = 5
    5 doubles because of PKRS = 10 EVs from Starly

    OR like this:

    1 Speed EV doubles because of PKRS = 2
    2 + 4 from Anklet = 6 EVs from Starly

    I'm not quite sure and don't want to mess up EV training.
     
    this i believe,im not complety sure.i remember training my kyogre with power lens and got about 37 attack ivs from about 100 shinx

    There are 2 ways that you will find out if your Pokemon has Pokerus, the most simple way is going up to the nurse when she will notify you "your Pokemon might be infected with Pokerus."

    If your Pokemon is infected with Pokerus, it will have a PKRS as a "status condition" when it is in this form it is contagious and your entire party will catch it eventually, be sure to keep at least one Pokerus infected Pokemon with the PKRS condition in the PC so you will have it to transfer it to other Pokemon you'd like to use. When a Pokemon can no longer pass on pokerus it will have a :| face on the status screen. When you get the :| face on your Pokemons status it will still have Pokerus, but it is no longer able to pass it on, so it will get all the benefits from it still, it just can't pass it to other Pokemon anymore.

    Wrong. If i blkwolf i was right I shouldn't have finished EV training him so early. I ended off with 134 defense, 180 speed, and 198 attack EVs, I calculated it, when I wanted 104 defense, 154 speed, 252 attack. I used a qualot and tamato berry, did it the other way so that I can actually get the right EVs. I tested this last night because I got the effort ribbon too early as I wasn't finished attack EVing him, so 6 points from a Starly is wrong. It is in fact 10. I TESTED LAST NIGHT.

    First you take the additional EV from the Pokemon and add on the Power Item for it, then it doubles from PKRS.

    Machoke --- 2 Attack EVs + 4 from Power Bracer = 6 * 2 from PKRS = 12 Attack EVs from Machoke.

    Starly --- 1 Speed EV + 4 from Power Anklet = 5 * 2 from PKRS = 10 Speed EVs from Starly.
