4th Gen EVs?

What am I supposed to do when I see: 4 HP/ 252 SpA/ 252 Spe
Any help? Thanks in advance.

This isn't much of a vaild question.. no Pokémon can have those Ev's with just 4 HP.. unless maybe Shedinja. I don't know what to do, train it some more Ev's in different stats?

EDIT: Come to think of it, if you got a Pokémon like that over wi-fi, it's probably a hack..

you got it all wrong.

I saw it in a pokemon guide. I saw that a certain pokemon's evs were best at 4 HP/252 SpA/252 Spe.
I dont know what that means.

Those numbers don't represent that stats themselves, they represent the actual EVs.
