Excessive Vibrating

I have noticed recently there seems to be excessive vibrating supposedly when a pokemon spawns or appears. But I am finding mobile is constantly vibrating and there is nothing showing whatsoever and within a few seconds it goes off again.

This is happening an awful lot to distraction and annoyance.

Anyone else finding this as it may be a bug.

I noticed the same, and found the pattern.

It vibrates either when a pokemon spawns, or when the nearby-feature gets an update. And as you move around, the nearby list frequently updates.

It also vibrates shortly before a Pokemon spawns. Typically my avatar will run around when I'm standing in one spot so I'd say on average it vibrates about 2-4 times per Pokemon.

They just released a fix ... have installed it, but have not tried it yet.

Update: The vibration seems to be completely off now ... but now I'm getting the application freezing as it loads the map

yeah, I only seem to get it when it updates or when a pokemon spawns. If it does vibrate other times, I didn't notice.
