    i have played pokemon emerald for all the time. but now i want to play a modded rom for ruby. now i want to play that rom, but continue with all my pokemon in emerald. like geting my progress and putting it in ruby. can anyone help me?
     
    Save files are exclusive to the game it's for. You can't transfer save files.

    However, you can trade Pokemon back to Ruby. Also for a one-time question like this, you're better off hitting up the Q&A thread here.
