Okay i see people problems with believing it. I'm confused about it myself which is why i asked if anyone else had it happen.

If anyone can think of a way for us to prove it happened, let me know.
I mean if you use an AR to get them back does the Pokemon still have your ID and a different catch date ?? If not we can prove it with a screen shot or something. Would be a different ID if we just restarted the game but traded them to another game before getting them back right ??
 
Umm... okay, me and my odd memory remembers a thread like this before. So yeah, I've heard of this problem a while back. Not sure what caused it, but the thread creator had an extra Azelf after he/she KO'd it, which is wierd. Yeah, don't worry, I believe you. I have no clue what's causing this though. x_x

Oh good !!
Me and natalie have been going over the whole thing. We both ko'd them the first time we played except me i caught Mesprit. But then we both restarted after not getting Palkia or Dialga. And so it was on the second time we both played it that they came back. We think it may have something to do with restarting the game or Ko'ing them.
 
Yeah i believe you too. After seeing that Nintendo released a Surf Pickachu for their 10th Aniversy... anything is posisible.
 
lol did they ?? I didn't know that. But yes anything does seem to be possible lol.
