    After you have defeated Clair in the Blackthorn Gym, she will send you on a quest into the Dragon.s Den. Deep inside the den you will discover a building with the elders. These Elders will ask you questions about how you raise your Pokémon. After the questions are answered, he will give you a Dratini. If you answer his questions with the compassionate responses, the Dratini will know the special move; ExtremeSpeed. If you don't answer with those responses, it will just know its basic moves

    The above is a quote from serebii that my friend gave me, i am just wondering if this is accurate.

    I have tried many times to get this Dratini, i have soft reset my HG game so many times it is unbelievable!

    Can someone help me here? I wants my extremespeed Dratini! ^^

    I know what answers to use. It's just he wont give me the dratini, even if i answer them wrong he doesn't give me the no extremespeed dratini!

    Make sure you talk to Clair and get a TM off of her. (You may have to go back into her gym to do so). Then try going back again to Dragon's Den master with a spare slot in your party.

    I have heard just the onc that if that STILL doesn't work beat the E4 and it'd be fine then... but the above should be sufficent.
