Which would be a better orb to use in combination to it?Flame orb or Toxic orb?I don't like the increase of HP loss from Toxic Orb,yet I don't like the attack drop from Flame Orb.Which one would be more helpful in another persons perspective?

Well, a Burn cuts Attack, so you're porbably better off using the Toxic Orb.

Well if the pokemon has high attack then use Toxic Orb.

And if you have a pokemon with Guts ability, then use Flame. Guts disables the attack loss.

Guts does not diable the attack loss, I don't know who told you that, oh and definatly the toxic orb unless you are trying to activate milotic's marvel scale, in which case use a flame orb.

This kind of takes me back to this post

Actually, the attack will still be cut by 50%, then raised by 50% of the burn reduction.

    Guts
    Game's Text:
    Ups Attack if suffering.

    In-Battle Effect:
Attack raises to 1.5 times the normal when induced with a status (Burn, Paralyze, Sleep, Poison, Freeze). Burn's effect of lowering Attack is still applied.
Now let's say for example, Ursaring has guts with say, 350 Attack. His Attack would be 525, but then it'd still be cut in half with the burn condition to 262.5.

So yeah, Toxic Orb, far better than Flame Orb. You just have to attack quickly.

Also, a little important note. Facade should NEVER be used on Pokemon that can't pick up STAB off of it. Namely, only Raticate, Ursaring, and Swellow should be running with Facade.

What about snorlax? People try to cripple him with status. Though he doesn't have guts...

Snorlax would be okay for Facade, but then that'd mean that it'd have to run off of Sleep Talk all the time to utilize Facade's full usefulness.

    Plus, think about this.

Burn you get Attack loss + HP loss, and Poisoning you get HP loss.

It's kind of obvious which one to choose ^_^

So yeah, we get he point. Toxic Orb>Flame Orb. Okay, any other questions?

Poison does sometingg else that sets it sway from burn, but I can't remember what. Do you lose more HP? Thats not it...wat am I thinking about? It has an effect that makes it seperate other than just lose HP per turn...
