Is this fake? I have a typhlosion that appears to be doing the same thing, I cannot figure out if its fake. The vendor insists its real, however I just have a hard time believing it

Fake? I need help

Is this fake? I have a typhlosion that appears to be doing the same thing, I cannot figure out if its fake. The vendor insists its real, however I just have a hard time believing it

I am inclined to say it's fake. IIRC there's supposed to be a very thin and black layer inside holos. Not 100% certain because been ages since I've bothered to look into the component layers.
