fake japanese cards?

I bought 3 Japanese cards from someone off of ebay and when I got them in the front had a gloss finish instead of the normal finish...I got a raichu vending machine card, imakuni?s PC, and imakuni?s wicked skill. I didn't pay too much for them but I'm not sure about the japanese cards if they've changed or not. I did get a japanese wopper from someone else that was on some card thing that you peeled the card from which was also glossy so I don't know what to think...

Upload a picture of them, front and back, as an attachment to your next post in this thread. They sound like stickers.

Here are the fronts and backs of them. I don't think they are stickers...because if that's the case they are terrible stickers because they don't come off easy lol.

Well, I've encountered similar fakes, but it's hard to tell without pictures. Attach them to your post. You should be able to do that with less than 15 posts, unless the staff changed that on us again.

Raichu looks legitimate. It's a vending machine Raichu.

So do the other two, but they seem to be event passes or unique event promos. They aren't playable, as indicated by the red text at the bottom of the cards.

oh ok awesome I'm a collector so that's ok thanks for the help! So if I come across other cards (japanese ones) like these especially the imakuni? cards they are ok then for collecting purposes. Thanks so much!

They're legitimate. You can even read brief articles about them on Bulbapedia, iirc.

The OP said where they got them in the first post.
