3rd Gen Fake Pokemon emerald problem

    I recently bought pokemon emerald in ebay and started playing it until I found out it was fake. I just bought the real emerald and was thinking of transferring my pokemon in my fake emerald to the real emerald. Can I do this or will this be a problem and corrupt my real emerald game ?
