Fake?

Hello, i have searched for 2h and i cant find this particular card. There are alot of the same mankey out there but without the glitterthingy. ( there is glitter over the whole card, not just inside the "pokemon border" To my question: Is it fake or really rare? can't find anything about it.
so i guess it must be fake. but still curious.

Super fake. That particular Mankey card didn't have a holofoil version.
