Now I put on boxing gloves on his arm's originaly but you guys just post too quickly and put very little effort into the outline ._.'
So I put in color fixed up the outline and you can put in the shading yourself

Shaded everything except for the the "shoelaces" and the the knives. Quite personally I think it came out not as good as I wanted but it's still better than 2D

i gave him a tail and colored the swords and the shading on the tail isnt very good so feel free to fix it

scizorz: you dont need to add bout 6 different shades for just one color 3 is enough :l
It's over900: Your taill was pretty good until the curve it looked way too flat so I gave that an edit to by giving it a bit more depth by making an upside down U shape

btw some of the colors needed serious editing and so did the shading.

If you decide to shade the sprite, you should shade the outline as well, to avoid confusion. If anyone thinks they can improve it, they will.

Remember that the sprite is supposed to be at least a little oriented on where the opponent would be in a Pokemon battle.

i opened it's mouth and gave it a face outline. now it looks like cookie monster's wife.
