I got the basic colors in there.

here, the wing was facing the wrong way so I flipped it. There were also line errors that I fixed as well.

I think it still needs to be up a little more ^_-

Whats that thing with the tongue? Is that the head??? Personally I think it looks better like this:

I re-sized the head took off a wing, and took away the thing with a tongue.

Maybe some extra tail feathers would look nice. Maybe bigger tail feathers, too.

I forgot to take off some of the colors from the palette.

you cna't take qaway things people added. it's sort of rude and counters against the rules of the game. You can add bigger tail feathers to the previous design though... Otherwise I think we should continue from the one before yours.

I fixed up the other wing to make it look a bit more proportionate and I fixed up the outline. I hope that's not too much. .

I think the head on its bum needs to be moved a bit.​

Actually... I did move it.This is how it would look like without the bottom part of the head:

This just has the bottom removed part of the head removed.

And this is mine:

I actually changed its neck, moved an eye, and the head.

Here is a side by side comparison:

Mine is on the right. The one where the bottom of the head is just taken out is on the left.

your lines are really jagged, you should work on that, anyway made it into another Rotom form!
