Just an author's note: Thought I'd start up another thread after I spent the last three months drawing and wound up with only a half a dozen sketches that I found borderline decent. In that respect, I'll be posting up new works on a fortnight/monthly basis since I'll be schooling soon and decided to set up an outlet when that inevitably gets too much for me to handle. Also, I don't consider myself talented, but if I catch any hint of theft, I will pursue you and drive you off the internet using any means necessary. *arms lunar-crazed drill-bearing loli*

I'll be hyperlinking my sketches as well, since I disdain resampling works that aren't lined art'd or vectorised. Most of these drawings are also in the preliminary stage since I've just started practising inking.

Also, comments and criticism are greatly appreciated.

    INDEX

    Fanart:

    Naruto:

    • Team 18 (2007): Old pic of an original character I used when I joined a Naruto fanclub on deviantART. The club separated the members into teams of three and these were my other apparent teammates. It was a fun but bad pic.
    Pokemon:
    • Gardenia (2009): I saw a little comic where she took off her black hair accessory and it got me into fanarting her again. I made her a bit too serious-looking though. (o3o)
    • Jolteon (2009): This is actually Seras' jolteon, Livole, but I put it under fanart because it didn't turn out so...Livole-ish. I tried to make his fur uneven as per his description, hence the scrappy appearance. But this is a good example of why I don't draw pokemon. Dx
    • Unnamed (2008): Just a small preview comic I did for a friend's pokemon plot. It involved rival schools competing. It was all very standard fare but I couldn't help get caught up in it. xP So this just a draft of two of my characters I was going to use. Can't remember their names...
    Touhou Project:Avatar: The Last Airbender:

    • Katara & Toph (2008): I had just finished re-watching the episode 'The Runaway' and thought I'd adapt the prison scene into panel form since I thought it was a nice moment between the two. x3 I just couldn't figure out their faces.
    Super Smash Bros. Brawl:
    • Link & Fox (2008): Two of my friends play Link and Fox almost religiously and I thought I'd draw them for them. Mainly a prep page to detail their characters' costumes.
    • Link (2008): The first drawing. I didn't like how it turned out so I thought I'd use it to practice inking. Didn't turn out very well. :S And the quote is just a play on the phrase, 'Temple of Time' that my friend always says before attacking.
    Original Characters:
    • Unnamed (2009): Started out as a frame for one of my RP characters but I just derailed when I saw some Disgaea art and it turned into this. It's incomplete but I do like his eyes though.
    Photoshop:

    CARD GAMES:

    • Christina Arma 1 (2008): My first real attempt at lineart-ing using Photoshop. I missed a few trims and there'll be a few uneven lines but I'm content with it thus far. Although judging by how long it took me to finish, I think inking is a lot easier. (>3<)
    RP Characters:

    CARD GAMES:Deus Ex Pecto:
    • Ellen Gildenkranz & Madison Leith (2009): Two characters on the opposite ends of the spectrum, caste-wise anyway. They do make wonderful rivals though. Made for one Alter Ego's birthday.
    • Ellen Gildenkranz (2009): Fanart of the luscious high class duellist, Ellen, as played by Alter Ego. Not her final appearance, since she's much more frilly (at least in my mind...) and I plan on dressing her up a bit more.
    • Madison Leith (2009): Got a little carried away with his initial composure. His expression is usually less...deranged.
    fragments of alarayne:
    • Seras "Darian" Maxell 1 (2008): My worst sketch of the year. It helped me describe her attire but the proportions are all horribly wrong. D:
    • Seras "Darian" Maxell 2 (2009): In respect to the first, the resulting mess led me to berrate myself until I came up with a Seras I liked. This is as close as I got, although the change in attire might've helped...but nevertheless, here is thy new and improved version of Seras donning her personalised Rocket uniform. There's an "R" on the back of the vest as well.
    The Grand Tournament:

    • Kozue Kamada & Roisin Rinku 1 (2008): Just a little sketch for my friend's birthday, depicting his character and mine playing a video game.
    • Kozue Komada & Roisin Rinku 2 (2008): Comic for the same friend's (Jim's) birthday, once again exhibiting our two favourite characters playing a certain video game...
    • Kozue Kamada (2008): One of my all time favourite characters, simply because the more I RP'd with him, the more he developed and the more fun I had. Plus, his personality was similar to mine at the time so it was really easy to write his thoughts and actions.
    • Roisin Rinku (2008): Same as above, a much appreciated birthday present (apparently) of his favourite character.
    The World Ends With Two:

    • Demi Cascedas (2008): The character I made for euphoricFUTURE's RP, which unfortunately never took off, thus I never got to play her. Shame really, since I really liked her and had fun making her up. Not too fond of this mock up sketch though, but her final design's pretty much the same except with a few minor tweaks.

I do plan on colouring sometime in the future, cel shading in particular. Of course, I have to learn how to ink properly first.

    Feel free to try, although I've yet to start linearting any of them as of yet. Of course, if you can do that too, go ahead. (^v^);

And here I thought Link turned out bad (still do actually...). Anyway, thanks for the comment.

    RP update.

    RP Characters:

    CARD GAMES:

    • Michelangelo Arma 2
    • Michelangelo Arma 3: One of my earlier sketches of Michel, which I didn't like because of how young he looks. So I decided to make this version his fourteen year old self.
    • Achan Smith and Tacey Juliet Edgeworth: Fanart of one of my favourite RP couples, played by AC Coda X and Alter Ego respectively. These aren't the finalised version of the two but the picture just came to mind when some harmless banter was exchanged in-character and I felt like I just had to draw them. ¦3
    The Grand Tournament:

    • Kozue Kamada: One of my all time favourite characters, simply because the more I RP'd with him, the more he developed and the more fun I had. Plus, his personality was similar to mine at the time so it was really easy to write his thoughts and actions.

Just finished lineart-ing Christina for the first time, so there are a few missed trims and the like here and there, but after four plus hours, I'm done. (=3=)

Finished some other fanart and another RP prelim sketch of my character in "fragments of alarayne".

I based their appearances on their own avatars, hence why they don't look at all Naruto-ish, but it was fun to do nevertheless. I hated how I drew back then though and never really liked the sketch because of that. Although my style's changed a bit since then, so I might redo it.

Anyway, thanks for the comment. (owo)b

I really like your style. My favorite pictures have to be Gardenia nd the pictures of Link.
    Keep up your great work

I stumbled on this thread by pure accident (or fate ;O) while googling Roisin's name in an attempt to find her sign up sheet for reasons I can no longer remember, and while I should be scolding you for not informing me of this thread sooner, I decided to sign onto PC and leave you a comment.

You know, or should know, how I feel about all your drawings, so I won't give you my opinions here. ¦3

Side note, I can has permission to upload -to this thread- the other birthday stuff you drew for me? <33

I really enjoyed drawing Gardenia as well, there's just something about her hair band that fascinates me. xP

Opinions noted and permission granted. Although, I've become somewhat fussy with the presentation of the thread (and everything I do for that matter...) so if you mess it up I'll have to discipline you something fierce. ¦3

i really like ur human drawings. they're great. i wish i could draw humans like that.

Honestly, drawing humans is one of the things I have a lot of trouble with doing. It's the proportions mostly, but in general, they're just difficult. Dx

So thanks, the props are appreciated.

Please... I'm just as fastidious as you, if not more so. (A Kristoph Gavin Sprite would be appropriate here)

    RP Characters:

    The Grand Tournament:

    • Kozue Komada & Roisin Rinku (2008): Comic for the same friend's [Jim's] birthday, once again exhibiting our two favourite characters playing a certain video game... Poor Kozue.

Psh, nothing to it. If you want me to remove them then tell me so, but personally I think they're both, morseso the former of the two, much better than the other Roisin and Kozue drawing. <3

Added them to the index, and you should know, after seeing those two again, I feel like I have to redo them. I'll have to make you a better present next birthday. D¦
