4th Gen Fan Made = Hacked?

I personally like a few of the fanmade events. I got some that all say REBIRTH, and they all have moves that were only available to the Pokemon in RGBY/GSC. GSC Only Egg Moves and GSC NYPC moves are all that I've found on them so far. I hope I can get a Fury Attack/Horn Drill Dunsparce >.<;

On the other hand, soem of these moves are pointless. Phanphy with Absorb(GSC NYPC Move) and Water Gun(GSC Egg Move) is pretty weird, but still would be cool to have. I want ALL the REBIRTH Pokemon!

IMO, as long as the Fanmades aren't broken, I'm okay with them.

Broken or not, this is no different to hacking moves.

It's not like I'd use them for Wi-Fi battles, just to have fun with in-game.

Besides that, I don't do much with them. They are fun to collect, too XD
