Well, this is just me:

One is that Pokemon Fanfiction would be clogged up with other sorts of fanfictions or short stories. Another is that Other Writing is a place where you could put in essays, other fanfictions, non-Pokemon plays, without clogging Fanfiction forum itself. If the two remain as one, then every time someone posts a new fic or so, the other fanfics would get buried and sent to the second page where they would be left forgotten and no one would bother to read them. Well, that's just me. Otherwise, ask my superiors because I'm a lowly mod and I can't seperate/make/delete forums.. XD

Well, that's more or less going to be a problem for me. In my new version of HMW (chapter 2), Sorceror Birch ended up getting cornered by a (possessed) Zigzagoon and Poochyena. I was starting to feel that the scene with the three Poochyenas felt a bit random, so that was the reason I changed it. Would that be okay?

As for who possessed them, well... I won't be saying much about that to avoid spoilers. The main villian will be mentioned briefly in the early chapters, but that'll be it.
 
I think as long as you have a well written fic it should be fine 0o;;

My "Back to Kanto" has a horribly cliched beginning, but 002 fixes that =3

I'm sorry, I'm dumb. ^^; I meant October 18th, 1989 instead of the 10th. Only 9 days apart so it's not that bad lol.

I've been to the other writing forum and there's a 100% chance that the Pok?mon fics will be pushed back maybe further than page 2. :P Not that that's bad a thing I guess; at least people enjoy writing even if it's not to the expected standards here lol.
 
I didn't get any constructive criticism for my fic AT ALL until I-don't-know-when. I've got to say it took me ages to figure out on my own just why that other person's battles were so much better than my Pok?mon-screaming-their-names-at-each-other ones. When you see a writer making an absolute atrocity of a fic without realizing it's just not good, you start thinking they're just dense, but it's amazing how hard it is to see why your fic isn't as good as the fics you read when nobody and nothing is there to give you a hint at what it could be...

By the way, you don't know the copyright rules, do you? An author has the right to publish his/her work anywhere s/he wants because s/he is entitled to that work.

It's not fair though when some webmasters decline to allow the author to post the piece to be posted somewhere else. That's like... hindering rights!

IT sounds to me like she's using made up pokemon from another site in her fanfiction and they want be linked if she wants to use their pokemon. Is that what is?
