[Scripting Question] Faster PokeDex Scrollbar

Hello !
I'm working on my game atm trying to get everything from existing threads, but I couldn't find a solution for my current problem.

I have a looot of pokemon in my pokedex (also in my separated regions), so it would be nice to let my pokedex scrollbar scroll faster. (The BW pokedex is speeding up when holding the key, but that's not necessary here, I guess.)
Where can I find and edit the speed ?

Hmm, maybe you need to add Mouse Funcionality (BW uses, i guess):
